E3 Therapy

My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, with a focus on awakening your own internal healer and natural capacity for growth. I view each client and concern through an attachment-based lens, understanding that healing happens in the context of safe and supportive relationships.
Healing happens in relationship: with yourself, with others, and within the safety of a supportive therapeutic relationship. When you feel seen and accepted exactly as you are, your nervous system softens, your heart opens, and new possibilities emerge.
In therapy we’ll explore the patterns and protective parts that once kept you safe but may now hold you back. Together, we create space for release, reconnection, and self-compassion — inviting your system to reorganize around safety, love, and authenticity.
I work with individuals from adolescence to adulthood and couples at all stages of their relationshipThe company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence in everything we do.
I draw from many approaches and believe that the most effective therapy balances learning present-day coping skills with processing past experiences.
I am trained in the following:
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
IFS (Internal Family Systems), and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)
KAP (Ketamine Assisted Therapy)
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
RO-DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
